Application and Screening – Families interested in hosting are asked to complete a detailed application outlining their household composition, living conditions, and motivation for hosting. A representative from the foundation visits each home to assess the living environment, verify the information provided, and ensure it meets basic health, safety, and comfort standards.

Resource Evaluation – Families must demonstrate that they have the resources, stability, and willingness to provide meals, accommodation, and emotional support throughout the hosting period although the main goal of the foundation is to support the orphans by giving the host families monthly stipend.

Interviews and Orientation – Potential host families are interviewed to better understand their values, expectations, and cultural openness. Once selected, families undergo orientation and training to prepare them for a successful hosting experience.

Ongoing Support and Monitoring – Selection is not the end of the process. The foundation maintains regular communication, check-ins, and support to ensure that the hosting experience remains positive and safe for both the participant and the family.

Through this process, we ensure that host families are not only well-prepared and resourceful but also genuinely committed to creating a welcoming and enriching environment.

Background Check to avoid Falsification

To maintain the highest standards of trust and integrity, the foundation conducts thorough background checks on all applicants and host families. This process is designed to verify the accuracy of provided information and prevent falsification of personal, professional, or financial details. By cross-checking references, official documents, and relevant records, we ensure transparency and safeguard the wellbeing of everyone involved in our programs

As a new foundation, we recognize that building trust is one of our most important first steps. We are currently pooling resources, expertise, and partnerships to establish strong systems that will guide our operations. While we are in the early stages, we want to ensure that every structure we put in place reflects accountability and transparency.

One of our priorities is the development of a thorough background check process. This is not only to verify the accuracy of the information we receive but also to protect against falsification or misrepresentation. By cross-referencing documents, checking references, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, we are laying the foundation for safe, fair, and reliable practices.

Though we are just starting, our approach is intentional: we aim to grow with integrity, making sure that all participants, partners, and beneficiaries can have full confidence in the foundation’s work and mission
